Perkins Machine Co. (Warren, Mass.) Model 350-B OBI flywheel punch press. It has a V-belt drive from the motor, a Square D No. 2510-W5 AC manual starter (start/stop), and a foot-pedal frame, with a die set and part feed rail mounted. There's also a bench-mounted sensor/light unit (possibly a safety or part-out sensor). It sits on a wood pallet.
It's coming out of a warehouse cleanout, so it's sold as-is. It's vintage with grime and paint wear, and it appears complete and recently tooled, but running condition is unknown. Tonnage and motor voltage/phase aren't confirmed.
